To maximize our live clinical role-play time in Valencia, this masterclass utilizes a “Flipped Classroom” model. You will master the foundational psychology at home through our digital platform, allowing us to dedicate our time in Spain exclusively to high-level execution, advanced objection handling, and practical application.

Phase 3: The Kinetic Role-Play Lab (Day 2 – Saturday)

This masterclass utilizes a hybrid curriculum. Upon registration, you receive immediate access to the Phase 1 E-Learning modules. Because this digital value is delivered instantly, a €400 portion of your registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Due to the intimate nature of the maximum 14-seat live clinical lab and the hard costs associated with premium destination catering, the live-event portion of your ticket is subject to the following cancellation tiers:

More than 60 days before the event: 100% refund of your live-event seat (Total paid minus the €400 digital access fee). You retain full access to the online learning platform.

30 to 60 days before the event: 40% refund of your live-event seat. Alternatively, you may roll your live-seat credit over to our next available Valencia cohort, subject to a €300 administrative re-booking fee to cover incurred clinical and catering costs.

Less than 30 days before the event: No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your live-event seat to a colleague up to 48 hours before the event begins. Because the original registrant retains their digital access, the new attendee is subject to a €400 administrative fee to grant them their own mandatory access to the Phase 1 E-Learning platform.

Cancellation by Organizer: In the highly unlikely event that EIDE must cancel or postpone the live masterclass, you will receive a full refund for the live-event portion of your ticket.
